Concept Computer SM Iloilo City Branch Promotion Scam
To Whom It May Concern:
I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing an All-In-One Printer from your company.
On June 25,2012, I purchased an All-In-One HP Officejet 4500 K710 Printer with Cisco wireless router "FREE". I was promised by one of your dealers in Concept Computer Center Branch 1 @ SM City Iloilo, Diversion Road, Mandurriao, Iloilo City that the item should be delivered within three (3) days. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame and even until now. When I called their office in an attempt to learn what had happened, I got a runaround.
I paid PHP 8,850.00 for that printer expecting I can have the FREE router and I still want it. Please deliver the said FREE Wireless Cisco Router immediately, and provide me with a tracking number, or I will be forced to direct this issue a chargeback and I will report this incident to the Better Business Bureau and consumer agencies, as well as popular consumer advocacy blogs.
I have also attached a copy of my receipt and your "Promo Flyer". If you have any questions, you can reach me at +639165116819. I expect to receive the product with no further delays, before one week has elapsed.
