VP Binay Back, Wins Amnesty for OFW's in Kuwait, UAE

VP Binay announced that the government of Kuwait and the UAE had granted amnesty to 300 Filipinos being held in the two countries on minor offenses.

Binay said some 80 Filipinos charged with minor crimes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were also in the process of being repatriated to the Philippines.
